Ectrodactyly, split hand, cleft hand or lobster claw
- hand involves the deficiency or absence of one or more central digits of the hand or foot.
- It is found as isolated anomaly or as in association with other findings,such as cleft lip-palate as in ectrodactyly-ectodermal dysplasia clefting syndrome,limb-mammary syndrome and Cornelia de Lange syndrome.
