HRCT middle lobe bronchiectasis

 

Middle lobe consolidation with bronchiectasis

 PA view of chest x ray show dense lesion silhouetting medial border of heart with ovious outline of right dome of diaphragm  indicating involvement of middle lobe ( which is ovious in lateral chest x ray .

What are possible causes ? 

TB 

Non tuberculosis mycobacteria 

Ciliary dyskinesis
